Clayey-chalky soils.


Mecanic harvest in september, racking, pneumatic pressing, slow fermentation at 17°, 18°C, blend in january.


White wine with a honey-yellowed coloured.

  Flowers and citrus aromas at the nose.

  The mouth is well-balanced between roundness and acidity.


Drink it at 8°-10°C.


Shellfish, fishs, aperitifs.
 

Grenache 75%, Merlot 25%.

Mecanic harvest in september, racking, maceration and fermentation of 12 jours, pneumatic pressing, storage in tank, blend in february.


Brillant, rubis coloured with red-purple highlights.

  Nose of red fruits such as cherry and sweet pepper.

  The mouth is round and pleasant.

  A light structured, it's an easy to drink wine.


Drink it a little cold 14°-16°C.


White meats, fresh cheeses, the perfect red wine for summer.
