THE VARIETAL WINES

The grape variety line

Chardonnay label

A very elegant wine with a quintessence of white floral aromas and a hint of peach and citus notes.

The vines are situated at Félines just near the Bassin de Thau. In the hot nights of summer, the legend says that the vines go down to the Bassin to be refreshed.

A strong red wine, with pleasant tannins, voluminous with a well-balanced mouth.

The nose is spicy, with sweet and white peppers. With aeration, the nose develops aromas of the srubland such as thymes.

Merlot label

Roussanne label

The colour of this roussanne is gold yellowed, because of the maturity of the grape.

Fresh and mellow with a long finish and fruity notes, such as peaches, citus fruits and nuts. Elegance and complexity.

The best friend for aperitif.

The cabernet sauvignon is always picked with a good maturity.

A well-balanced mouth, with strong tannins; this wine is structured and generous. The nose has notes of red sweet pepper, chocolate, coffe and liquorice.

Cabernet Sauvignon label

Sauvignon label

The robe of the sauvignon is a clear yelow with green tins.

The nose is very aromatic and, at first, an intense heather aroma. The second nose develops floral notes.

A strong red wine with a concentrated mouth, rounded and robust tannins.

The nose is complex, with red fruits such as blackberries and blackcurrants, plus thyme, violets and pepper.
