The cabernet sauvignon is always picked with a good maturity. A well-balanced mouth, with strong tannins; this wine is structured and generous. The nose has notes of red sweet pepper, chocolate, coffe and liquorice. |

The robe of the sauvignon is a clear yelow with green tins. The nose is very aromatic and, at first, an intense heather aroma. The second nose develops floral notes.
